PAYMENT

Payment in full is required prior to shipping, either through Paypal, credit card, or check. Orders paid by check will be held until check clears. Returned checks are subject to a $20 returned check fee. Net 30 terms are offered for retailers with an established relationship with PYP.

SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks from order date. Please contact me for specific lead times. In order to best serve my customers and offer the best shipping rates, PYP reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for your order. If you have a specific carrier you’d prefer, please specify when ordering.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

PYP cannot accept returns unless the merchandise is defective. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
